Border Tire is hiring a Pick-Up & Delivery Driver in Phoenix, AZ!</strong><br> <br>The <strong>Pick-up & Delivery Driver </strong>is responsible for loads, transporting deliveries, and/or picks up tires and equipment for the center to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. <br> <br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><ul> <li>Must adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.</li> <li>Picks up and delivers tires and parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.</li> <li>Checks with the Service Manager and delivery dispatch before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.</li> <li>Verifies that invoice matches packing slip or invoice for each delivery or pick-up.</li> <li>Checks any payments received with the invoices for each delivery.</li> <li>Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.</li> <li>Loads / Unloads truck as necessary.
